What makes each card one of a kind
Each card is made after payment, for the person it is for. It carries:
- their name, in the script you write it in, printed exactly as you typed it;
- depending on the design, a date of birth, a gotra, a short message or a photo;
- the card's own QR, made for that card when it was ordered and never changed;
- a serial number on the back, beginning with BC-.
Check a card in under a minute
- Open your phone's camera and point it at the QR on the card.
- Before you open the link, check that the address begins
https://bhagya.cards/card/view/. Any other address means the QR is not ours. - Open it. The page shows the card as it was issued, its two sides and its printed details, and says "This is a verified digital card."
- If the page says "Card Not Found", the QR does not match a card we printed.
What the card's page shows
Only what is printed on the card. It never shows the mobile number the card is kept under, or the account it belongs to.
If something looks wrong
Write to us at hello@bhagya.cards or through our contact page, with the serial number from the back of the card and a photo of it. A person in our Pune studio replies within one business day.
Questions
Do I need the app to check a card?
No. Any phone camera opens the card's page, and nothing needs to be installed.
Can a copy of a card pass the check?
A copy of its QR opens the same page. So the check shows that the card was issued and what was printed on it; it cannot tell a printed copy from the card itself.
Is my card's page public?
Anyone who scans its QR sees it, just as anyone holding the card can read it. Its address is not listed anywhere on this site.
