No cancellation once paid
Paid orders can't be cancelled. Every card and printed kundali is made for you, so we don't take returns or give refunds once an order is paid.
Damaged or wrongly printed
Write to hello@bhagya.cards within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it at our cost.
Charged twice
If one order is charged twice, we refund the extra payment to the original payment method.
