1. About these terms
These terms apply whenever you use the Bhagya Cards website (bhagya.cards), the Bhagya Cards mobile app, the Bhagya Assistant, or any of our astrology tools, content or products (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Our products
Bhagya Cards are devotional Yantra cards and related items, sold as spiritual and decorative objects. Descriptions of a product's meaning, symbolism or traditional associations reflect traditional belief, ancient texts and general public understanding. They are not statements of fact. We make no representation, promise or guarantee, express or implied, that any product will produce any spiritual, material, financial, health, relationship or other result, directly or indirectly. We do not hold, and do not offer, proof of any such effect.
Products are not medicines or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Where a product is described as energised or consecrated, this describes a traditional devotional ritual, not a measurable property of the product.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. A person under 18 may use the Services only with a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf. If you provide details of another person, such as a family member, you confirm that you have their permission or are otherwise entitled to provide them.
4. Astrological calculations and content
Our calculations apply established methods of Vedic astrology as described in classical texts and standard references, including the Lahiri ayanamsa, planetary positions from published astronomical theories (VSOP87D and ELP2000-82B), and Parashari rules of interpretation (see How we compute). We do not claim to have originated these methods.
Astrology is a traditional system of belief and interpretation, not an established science. Its conclusions cannot be verified, and different traditions, conventions and inputs can produce different results. Results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide. We take care to compute correctly, but we do not warrant that any calculation, timing or interpretation is accurate, complete or suited to your circumstances.
5. AI-generated content
Some content, including readings, summaries and explanations, is generated wholly or partly by artificial intelligence systems, which may be operated by third-party providers. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or statements that are inaccurate or unsuited to your situation, and the same input may produce different outputs. You should evaluate it with your own judgement and must not treat it as authoritative.
6. The Bhagya Assistant
The Bhagya Assistant is an automated AI service. It is not a human astrologer or a professional adviser. Its answers may be incorrect, incomplete or out of date, and may be expressed with more confidence than is justified. The Assistant is not designed for, and must not be relied on for, medical, legal, financial or emergency matters. You are responsible for the questions you ask and for how you use its answers. We may limit, change or suspend the Assistant at any time.
7. Guidance only; no professional advice
All content and suggestions provided through the Services, including readings, predictions, auspicious timings, compatibility assessments, remedies and Assistant answers, are offered as general guidance for reflection, in keeping with tradition. They are suggestions, not instructions. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, matrimonial or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Do not begin, stop or delay any medical treatment, or make any financial, legal, marriage, education or career decision, in reliance on the Services alone.
8. Remedies and practices
Remedies, rituals, mantras, fasts and similar practices are described as traditional belief and cultural practice. Any purchase suggested alongside a remedy is optional. You are responsible for making sure that any practice you undertake is safe and suitable for you.
9. Testimonials
Testimonials and reviews reflect the personal experiences and opinions of the individuals who gave them. They do not represent typical or guaranteed results.
10. Your decisions and responsibility
You use the Services, and act on any content, at your own discretion. The decisions you make and their outcomes are your own responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
11. Ordering and payment
Orders are confirmed by email once payment clears. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (with full refund) — for example, in case of pricing errors or stock issues.
12. Shipping
We ship from Pune, India. Indian dispatch within 1–2 business days; transit 3–5 days. International transit 7–14 days. Customs duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.
13. Returns & refunds
Paid orders can't be cancelled or returned: every card and printed kundali is made for you. If something arrives damaged or wrongly printed, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it. See Refund Policy.
14. Intellectual property
All site content (text, geometry diagrams, photographs, code) is © Bhagya Cards. You may share excerpts with attribution. Bulk republishing requires our written consent.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content, calculation or AI output is accurate, reliable or complete. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any decision you make, or any action you take or do not take, based on the Services or our content;
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of income, opportunity or goodwill, or emotional distress, arising from your use of the Services or products; and
- our total liability for any claim relating to a product or paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
17. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Services, or your providing another person's details without their permission.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be dated at the top of this page, and where a change is significant we will let you know in the app or by email. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date, you accept the updated terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
20. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
